This little Otter is the most peaceful and mellow Otter along the river. He moves a bit slower than the others and does not mind my presence – for a while anyway. After we moved up river together, as we approached the rapids where the river gets thinner, he popped underwater and disappeared – perhaps a trick he learned from his time with Houdini.
