“I had an extremely close encounter with Minky this morning! After wandering the entire valley from end to end – I was blessed to spot Minky. Unlike yesterday(was it yesterday – my days are a blur!) when Minky was running fast – today she was fishing in one of her favorite spots. I could see the bubbles rising through the water as she hunted and a few times watched her swimming underwater with a fish in her mouth. But – her feasting place was hidden in a rocky alcove so I moved closer down onto the rocks – right into her territory to get an un-obscured look. I still could not see – until she popped out about seven feet from me and was surprised to see me. She did not bark at me and in fact started moving closer. I know when I am unsafely and intrudingly in a wild animals space bubble so I apologized and backed up the hell out of there.
